Gordo Bistro

This project involved developing a conceptual rendering for a coffee shop located within another Miami Dade College campus. The design emphasizes a welcoming, modern, and community-driven atmosphere, balancing functionality with warmth.

The layout integrates efficient service zones for quick student access, paired with comfortable seating areas designed to encourage gathering, studying, and relaxation. Natural textures, soft finishes, and greenery were introduced to create a sense of calm within a busy academic environment.

This rendering reflects Casa Dalía’s expertise in conceptual planning and visualization, offering clients a clear perspective of how design choices impact flow, ambiance, and user experience before construction begins.
