A $2M residential redevelopment that reimagined a traditional property into a modern multi-unit Airbnb destination. The project consisted of a two-story single-family residence with a detached one-story rear building, which we converted into a total of five fully functional units.
The original layout was heavily cluttered with walls, limiting flow and natural light. Casa Dalía led a full redesign of the space distribution, opening interiors to create a seamless balance of function and style. From planning and finishes to project management and execution, we oversaw every stage of the transformation, ensuring the property met both design excellence and income-generating potential.
This project reflects our ability to adapt residential spaces into high-performing lifestyle investments, blending aesthetic refinement with practical functionality.
